Service Description

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is the immediate treatment for a suspected cardiac arrest. When you provide basic medical care to someone experiencing a sudden injury or illness, it's known as first aid. This program is intended for individuals who are healthcare providers or professional rescuers and/or are required to be certified in BLS, the use of an AED, and Basic First Aid. The goal of this training program is to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in a medical emergency. ***NOTE: This is a blended course, consisting of a course and exam (lasting about 4 hours), followed by an in-person skills session (lasting up to 2 hours). The online portion will need to be completed prior to taking the skills session. Please register for the date in which you would like to attend the skills session. Any cancellation will incur an administrative fee.
